2. What data we process

We process the data you provide in our contact forms (such as email address and message content). For orders and shipping, we process name, email, phone number, shipping address, and order history. We also process technical data collected via tracking, including IP address and device identifiers.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process personal data for the following purposes and legal bases:

- Responding to inquiries and providing customer support (legitimate interests).

- Order processing, shipping, and transactional communication (performance of a contract).

- Accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).

- Marketing communications and newsletters (consent, where required).

- Analytics and service improvement (consent for non-essential cookies; otherwise legitimate interests where permitted).

4. Tracking and cookies

We use a self-hosted Mautic instance for tracking and marketing automation. The data is stored on DigitalOcean servers located in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Analytics tracking is only enabled after you accept cookies in our cookie banner.

We also load Google Fonts to display the site’s typography. This may involve requests to Google’s servers (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com), which can process your IP address and device information. If you prefer to avoid this, you can block third-party requests in your browser or ask us to provide a self-hosted font option.

Cookie categories: essential cookies required for site functionality, and optional analytics/marketing cookies used by Mautic. Optional cookies are disabled until you consent.

5. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. Stripe acts as an independent controller for payment data under its own privacy policy.

Order data collected via Stripe may be sent to our self-hosted Mautic instance via Stripe webhooks for transactional email automation and order communication.

6. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above and to comply with legal obligations under EU and Czech law. Typical retention periods are:

- Accounting and tax records (including invoices and order records): 10 years.

- Customer support communications: 3 years after the last interaction.

- Marketing contacts: until consent is withdrawn or 2 years of inactivity, whichever comes first.

- Analytics data: 14 months.

7. Recipients and processors

We use the following processors and service providers:

- Stripe (payment processing).

- DigitalOcean (hosting in Amsterdam, Netherlands) for our self-hosted Mautic instance.

- Webglobe.cz (SMTP email delivery).

- GitHub Pages (website hosting).

- Google Fonts (font delivery).

- Shipping carriers such as DHL (delivery services).

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and the right to data portability where applicable. You can also withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

9. Automated decision-making

We do not use automated systems to make decisions that significantly affect you. We only use automation for sending emails and order updates.

We take security seriously and use industry-standard safeguards to protect personal data, including access controls and secure transmission where available. While we work to protect your information, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
