2. Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern purchases made through the Veetr Kit E-shop at veetr.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

3. Ordering and contract conclusion

You can place an order through the website. The purchase contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. We may contact you to confirm details such as delivery options or lead times.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in EUR. Payment is processed securely via Stripe and may include multiple payment methods depending on your location. Payment is required before shipment.

5. Delivery

Shipping is free. Current lead time is 6-12 weeks unless stated otherwise during order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on production and logistics.

6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless a statutory exception applies (for example, goods made to your specifications). If an exception applies to your order, we will inform you before confirming the order.

To withdraw, email veetr@linhart.email with your order number and a clear statement of withdrawal. We will confirm receipt and provide return instructions.

Unless the goods are defective, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We will refund the purchase price and the standard outbound shipping (if paid) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier.

7. Defective goods and warranty

You have statutory rights regarding defective goods. For consumers, the legal conformity period is 24 months from delivery. To report a defect, contact veetr@linhart.email with your order number and a description of the issue.

8. Complaints and alternative dispute resolution (ADR)

We prefer to resolve issues directly. If a dispute cannot be resolved, you may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce) for ADR: Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Praha 2, Czech Republic, email adr@coi.cz, web: adr.coi.cz.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory protections under the laws of your country of residence.
